Recites a Grant by Walter, sometime Archbishop of York, to St. Mary's Abbey, York: churches of A1 Cattricke and Gilling. Two sheaves of the tithes of the church of Burton, all the chapels of the said church, and 16 marks yearly from the residue of the said church after death of Master Michael Belet (saving to Master Michael de Davile, if still alive, and his successors as vicars of the said church the portion he now possesses). Moiety of the sheaves of the parish of Middleton and of all the chapels of the said church. Church of Overtona, reserving 5 marks to the vicar there: Witn.
