Sir G.B. to have 2r. 32p. in the Shornes and 2ac. 17p. in West Close (being the S. part of the close, divided by a beck from the Great Ings in Burton Agnes, Haver Close W., inclosures called the Holmes E.) with two third parts of the tithes of hay and grass and of other tithes of Sir W.
