Specified property in Waghen (in all six messuages, messuages called Bouxheyes and Ladyholme, 1/3 of a Hall House, 8 1/2 oxgangs, 17ac. meadow, 3ac. meadow in Gill Croft, one cottage with five butts arable, all being copyhold). Rectory of Waghen with its manor and appurtenances: Messuage, croft 1 1/2 oxgangs, 3ac. meadow, parcel meadow called Carlome in Waghen in tenure of Henry Tiffin. Ranckes Farm with 1/2 oxgangs, Berkehams Farm: To secure an annuity of £302.3s granted by Sir Joseph Ashe to Sir Thomas Chamber. With Endorsement of Quitclaim of the annuity by Sir Thomas Chamber for £7553.15s (26 Mar 1686).
