Relating to a renewal of the lease of property. Parish church, rectory and parsonage of Waghen, and the manor of Waghen belonging thereto; the rectory or manor house in the west end of Gild Croft and on the south side of the town; 30ac. meadow called the Chancellor lands; 5ac. meadow called Kirkeman Charlome; two messuages, one messuage in the south corner at the west end of the town, three messuages and one cottage in a circle near church, one cottage beyond the Marr, one messuage against the mill on north of town and against mill on east of town, one messuage at entry to town descending from the mill on north side, one cottage next vicarage and one near church; 11.5 oxgangs in all (locations, rents and tenants specified); rent of 16s.8d. from St James Chappell in Sutton: At rent of £20 to the chancellor and £20 to the parson, completed in 1782.
