Work undertaken: Appointed Architect. Advice over memorial trees, alteration of grounds including extension of lawn and boundary railings and kerb, design for coat of arms, new curtains for the small hall, work on the Minstrels Gallery, various repairs and restoration work, lighting in the bar, extension of kitchen, painting of exterior walls, new covers for 'William and Mary' chairs, renewal of lighting in the Great Hall, improvements to caretaker's cottage, development scheme by Shepherd Design Group in Aldwalk, fire alarm system, inspections, general repairs.
