Most pages are photocopies, although some are original typescript with annotations. There are two copies. First inside page lists positive critiques from newspapers, under the heading, 'What the press have said'. The second page consists of three illustrations of the set, showing where gym equipment etc. should be placed. (The original hand drawn version of this is at the beginning of the second copy).
