- Reference to being back from a couple of days in Edinburgh staying with the Spillens, saw the Magic Flute performed by Swedish Folk Opera and Juno and the Paycock by The Gate Theatre of Dublin, weather, Edinburgh very crowded. Envelope present with Durham postmark, sent to Jones at Newland Park, Hull. Manuscript. Note that two press cuttings are enclosed, one relating to Wives Revisited in 1965 and the second titled 'Prince as projectionist' regarding Prince Philip in 1969.
