- Reference to travelled with Bill Ruddick to Newcastle for examining, birthday greetings, had tea at Bill's mothers, visited Tynemouth and Seaton Delaval for the first time, has done lots of vivas, saw Close the Coalhouse Door at the University Theatre, went to Durham this evening and stood where Cotman stood in 1811, back to Dundee for Senate tomorrow. No postmark or postal address. Manuscript.
