Description:
Shows a large group of people attending a foundation stone laying ceremony [Dunkirk War Memorial?], a partial sign can be seen in the background which appears to include the word 'Mission', similar to no.16 and same occasion as U DMS/16/7/4/20, note that the binding on the slide is partial detatched and so the front covering glass is partially detatched from the negative plate.
