Also contains a declaration of trust re the Marriott Bequest to the trustees of the Hull Branch of the St Andrew's Waterside Church Mission. Includes references to: grant recommendations for work of SAWCM in individual ports; SAWCM income and expenditure for 1939-1940; discussion of terms of amalgamation; relations between the two societies since 1888; acceptance by SAWCM of the amalgamation offer put forward by the Missions to Seamen.
