Description:: File containing correspondence between Mr A.E. Marsden and Miss Ursula Armitage as leaders of the 'Britannia' youth lightkeepers crew, Mr H.R. Manship as master of the Cromer lightvessel, and Captain G.L. Parnell as secretary of the Lightships and Lighthouses Committee of the Missions to Seamen. Includes references to the following: Cromer lightvessel soon to be commissioned in 1954; adoption of the new Cromer crew by the 'Britannia' youth lightkeepers crew in order to send packages of books and magazines regularly; removal of the Cromer lightvessel from its station in 1958; continued link between the 'Britannia' crew and Mr Manship's crew following their transfer to Inner Dowsing lightvessel.
