Powell Hutchison as secretary of the Lightships and Lighthouses Committee of the Missions to Seamen. Includes references to the following: names of lightkeepers and honorary chaplains; relief dates and changes to lightkeeping crews; Seven Stones lightvessel; Eddystone, Wolf Rock, Longships; Bishop Rock, Round Island, Start Point, Penlee Point, St Anthony, Lizard, Pendeen and Trevose Head lighthouses.
