Powell Hutchison as secretaries of the Lightships and Lighthouses Committee of the Missions to Seamen. Includes references to the following: expenses; visits to the light ship; the Calshot Spit being in dry dock; use of the 'Winston Churchill' vessel to visit the light ship; the launch 'Mendell' also 'Mendal'; sending of mail, papers and fresh bread to the lightvessel; dependancy on the British Transport Docks for transport to the lightvessel.
