Papers contain correspondence between Mullin and various persons, press cutting, transcript of evidence given by Mullin, background reading, article written by Mullin for Journal of Legislative Studies titled 'Miscarriages of Justice in the UK', critical analaysis of the report of the Royal Commission on Criminal Justice. Note that the Royal Commission on Criminal Justice, along with amendments to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Bill in 1994 led to the creation of the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), established to examine miscarriages of justice.
