There is a list of Trustees on the opening pages. The majority of this minute book is summaries of money being paid to other organisations or groups. The rest of the minute book is summaries of legal matters regarding the Trust and Club Company. There are also summaries of property which has been let out.

Included in this book is a detailed account of the effects of war damage done to the Trust's premises by enemy action. This includes an initial report of damage, details of the War Damage Claim (including correspondence) and attempts to repair the damage.

Newspaper clippings and a funeral order of service regarding the death of Ernest Green, a Trustee and legal advisor, are also in this book.
