- That 84ac. (called Cross Bows, Plowsome Leys and Sterndales), parcel of the land as U DOG/3/22, was intended to be purchased by his sister Elizabeth Ogle, for £1,200 advanced by her. He undertakes to execute a conveyance.Further memorandum by John Ogle that his brother died a bachelor, 25 May 1788, without executing the conveyance. John Ogle and his wife Martha conveyed it September 1788.
