- Between 1825 and 1833 Gilyatt Sumner purchased property from Matthew Jennison and John Cocksworth and U DP66-69 contain vouchers for the building work he did; U DP70-71 are summaries of his costs. U DP72 is his redemption of land tax on two houses in Friars Lane Beverley 1832 and U DP73-74 are files relating to his income tax assessment for 1838-66. U DP75 is a file about his insurance policies for 1845-61. Gilyatt Sumner also came into property from Francis Morrice and Francis Phelips, who had been granted letters patent in 1609 (see U DP80).
