BBC television scripts by Alan Plater. Z-Cars followed mobile uniformed police in the fictional Newtown, Merseyside. Contains a draft typescript for 'A question of storage' (first broadcast Feb 1964), a camera script for 'A quiet night' (first broadcast Oct 1963) and a typescript for 'That's the way it is'.
