Contains Dr R Bruton's research materials relating to individual schools in the Tebia area of the Kuching District, south of Kuching, near the Indonesian border. Some contain collections of short essays written by pupils at Dr Bruton's request
Schools covered:
1) Kuching Dragon School (Although this is designated Kuching, the map in 'Farewell to Democracy in Sarawak' shows it at Tapah Bazaar, 15 miles south of the capital. Dr Bruton studied this school as a basis for assessing secondary education in the area)
