An Easter, sometimes called Tithe Book, lists all of the householders for the collection of dues and privy tithes usually collected just before Easter. The entries provide summary of holdings and livestock to calculate the amount that was owed.

The area is divided into a number of districts - Without Bar; Within Bar; Hengate and Churchyard and Walkergate. It includes references to dues un-paid and includes some notes and annotations relating to payments for 1675. There is also a page with entries for St Nicholas Parish.
