Description:

Victor has drawn himself standing upon a soap box giving a speech. Victor writes to Inge claiming he is tired from his 'strenuous public speaking engagements' and he hopes to meet her for lunch. He also comments on the morning's weather. Victor's face is coloured blue. On the reverse, Victor writes 'For Inge'.
