- Deposited by Lorraine Benford whose husband is the Priest-in-Charge of St. James, Sutton on Hull. The items were discovered in a building connected with St. James Church at Sutton. Previous vicars of St. James were on the Committee of the Wilmington Trust. The Pelican Welfare Association met at St. James Church, Sutton explaining why these minutes were found there.
