These records were passed to the Hull History Centre by the Charity Commission and constitute public records. They were offered to the Centre under section 3(6) of the Public Records Act. Those of the Sunday School and St. Philip's Mission Room were passed to the centre in May 2014. The Trinity House Charity records were deposited in March 2016.
