- Records created as part of the work of the Humber Conservancy Committees and routinely transferred from the Town Clerks Department. Some of the papers of this committee were broadly identical to that of the council's representative on the Commission, J.L. Seaton (See ref. C TMO/8). Papers within C TCHC have only been retained if they do not duplicate items in C TMO/8, and where the copy is in better condition.
