The Hull History Centre has a large number of records relating to many aspects of the Second World War and its effect on the city. These include reminiscences, official records, photographs as well as various books on the subject. Please consult the centre's booklet 'The City of Hull's Second World War Records; A Guide to Sources' for more details, and in the online catalogue. The records of the Haltemprice Urban District Council can be found at the East Riding Archives in Beverley.
