File artificially compiled from correspondence found loose within the collection. It comprises a wide range of material relating to George de Boer's research and publications, matters relating to Spurn Management Committee and personal letters asking for George de Boer's help and advice on various projects. Authors include Yorkshire Naturalists' Trust and its members, John Gau Productions, University of Hull, Hull Town Planning Officer, National Maritime Museum, BBC, John Maynard MP, Ada Phillips, Spurn Heritage Coast Project, Social Science Research Council, The Royal Geographical Society and 'Past & Present'.

Also contains news release about John Pethick's report on Spurn Peninsula with conclusion included (Jan 1992), plans for work to be carried out at Spurn (Oct 1976), annotated black and white photographs which appear to be of Spurn and the lighthouse and staff conditions of service for the warden at Spurn (Jul 1972).
